Torben Snekkestad: The Reed Trumpet

Solo improvisations using a hybrid instrument with a single reed mouth- piece attached to a trumpet, originally invented by Eddie Harris in the 1970s. Snekkestad has however built a new mouthpiece himself and utilizes a unique music for it on the first full-length album with this instrument ever. (released in 100 vinyl copies only ( w/ handwritten covers) on ILK’s WhiteLabel)
