girls choir is the debut album of the Copenhagen-based experimental vocalist and performer Sarah Buchner. The four-part collage composition, made out of hundreds of different vocal recordings, presents as a surrealistic audio play. 

Sarah Buchner describes the music as playing a game with an intimate
character that inhabits every vocal recording. Through layering, combining, and taking vocal recordings out of their context, this record blurs vocal identification and turns single voices into a collective noise swarm. Inspired by musique concrète, Sarah Buchner aims to portray the voice as a tactile, absurd, and humoristic instrument.
